Industrial water analysis

Industrial Analysis

Water is one of the most important resources when it comes to the industrial sector. It is involved in the production of foodstuffs as well as machine and material maintenance

Physicochemical Analysis: WaterLab
Alkalinity, Aluminum, Calcium, Chlorine, Chloride, Copper, Conductivity, Total Hardness, Fluoride, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, pH, Potassium, Salinity, Sodium, Sulfate, Turbidity, Zinc, TDS( total dissolved solids) and UV transmittance.

Physicochemical Analysis with special parameters
Physicochemical Analysis Waterlab + Arsenic, Phosphates, Nitrate, Nitrite, Silica, Suspended Solids and Hydrogen Sulfide.

Boiler and Cooling Tower Analysis
A boiler requires three distinct tests depending on the type of water:
1. Water for food and beverages
2. Boiler water
3. Condensate

WaterLab offers in person analysis for the following parameters: Hydroxyl Alkalinity, carbonates and hydrogen carbonates, Ammonia, Conductivity, Copper, Chloride, Chlorine, Hardness, Phosphates, pH, Silica, Dissolved Solids, Suspended Solids, Sulfates, Sulphites and Turbidity.

This analysis also includes a study of cooling tower water for further analysis.
